The terms ‘us’, ‘Jacky’s Boutique’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of this website whose details are set out below. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website.

Ordering from us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process (or by telephone or post). Before placing your order, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any mistakes. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the delivery address entered. We will then confirm dispatch of your order to you by sending you an e-mail confirming that the product has been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we take payment from you.
We may decline to accept an order in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Your payment not being authorised
- You not satisfying the status requirements set out above
- Product(s) ordered not being available from stock
- Where a pricing or product description error has occurred.
We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice. If we cancel any order, it will be without charge to you and any payment taken for such order will be refunded to you in full.
We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering an incorrect address on the Site. Where parcels are delivered by courier we will not be held liable for any loss caused by you not collecting a parcel within the courier’s timeframe. Undelivered parcels will be returned to the courier depot in the first instance and it is your responsibility to collect the item within the courier’s stated timeframe. Should an uncollected parcel be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of return and redelivery.
All delivery timescales are given as general guidance. We will not be held liable for delay by a third party.
Should there be any delay with your Royal Mail delivery, please wait one week after your anticipated delivery date before contacting us at email@example.com. Most of our orders are delivered within the general guidelines stated in our delivery information.
Our prices are reviewed periodically. Where we charge separately for post and packaging, the various rates are set out clearly on this website.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. Access be suspended in the event of system failure or maintenance or of unforeseen events beyond our control. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
