If you are item is faulty we are happy to refund or exchange it providing it is in the same condition you received it and with the labels still attached.
Please send us an email to email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your goods with the following information:
- Order Reference number
- Description of returned goods
- Reason for returning
- State whether you would like an exchange or a refund
We will then issue you with a returns number by email which must be clearly displayed on the outside and the inside of your parcel.
Return postage costs are at the customers expense and will not be refunded unless items are faulty.
Exchanges will not be subject to any further postage charges.
Refunds will be credited onto your card as soon as possible after receipt of goods.
